Please read the information below before you sign up and sell your Music on Amapiano Universe. The below is to ensure that both artists and Amapiano Lovers have an exceptional experience when using this platform.

Royalties
70% of every & $1.00 that is paid for your Music
Artist Dashboard
You get a Dashboard where you can see all the following: Number of times people have downloaded your music, Track purchases, album purchases and how much revenue you have made to date.
Important Notice for Music Makers/Publishers
Music Quality
Only upload high quality music; Please ix and Master and your music to ensure it matches commercial quality standards. Music that is not mixed & mastered will not be published.
File Formats
Only 2 formats allowed to upload music in; High-Quality MP3 (Encoded at 320kbps, Sample rate 44.1khz), & WAV files.
File Sizes
Please ensure that each MP3 song file is less than 50MB and your WAV files less than 150MB is size.
Song/EP/Album Artwork
Please ensure that all your listed songs have accompanying, high quality artwork. Each Artwork must be 500px x 500px and In size per song/EP/per Album.
Sample Clearences
Do not use Samples without permission. Please ensure you have all the neccessary sample clearences in place prior publication of your music.

Song & Album Metadata required when uploading music
Song Name
All songs must have clear accurate names.
Beats Per Minute
Our audience/customers are DJs. BPM Information is important for their set planning and decision making when purchasing music.
Artist(s) Names
List all Artists who feature on the song uploaded.
Producer(s) Names
List all producers who where Involved in the song/music creation
Publishing Company
List the name of the publishing company if different from the record company or label.
Label/Record Company Name
List the name of the record company/label if different from the publishing company
Mood
Describe the mood the song sets. This helps listeners/buyers make better decisions about how to integrate their music into their playlists/sets.
Emotion
Describe the emotion the song creates. This information helps listeners make better decision about what other music to buy to complement yours.
The Legal Stuff
Ensure that you register your music with all the relevant authorities in South Africa and Abroad. We will not be liable for any loss you incur as a result of people stealing your unregistered music or loss as a result of music theft or lawsuits from your theft of/or uncleared sampling of other people’s music and or otherwise your general negligence.
Commission split
You (Music maker/Seller) 70%, us (Amapiano Universe) 30%.
Your obligations
We are not responsible for stolen music. If your music has been stolen, please report it to us and we will get you in contact with the Seller.
Non-refundable Fees
Our fees are non-refundable, if you get sued because you stole music or used an uncleared sample and they want 100% of the royalties for the samples you stole, you are paying 100% of the Royalties, on your own.
Service coverage
We regret, only music sellers in South Africa may register and sell their Amapiano Music on Amapiano Universe.
